One of our core strength is our sourcing. We are sourcing partner of Nemrac Design Ltd. and Knit World Ltd (The Concern of Pretom Group). They have Oeko-tex, BSCI, Sedex, and Accord. As well as, We place some orders to different factories, depending on price & Quantities. We have also many friendly sourcing factories for knit, woven, home textile, school unifrom & sweaters.  We place order strong portfolio of compliance factories with whom we closely cooperate. In most cases, we occupy a major part of their capacity to influence and closely monitor production flow. For factory selection and order allocation we take into account various factors such as product quality, capability and capacity of the factory, lead-time and so on. So that we can delivery on time with best quality.  

Strong Merchandising Team:

• We have strong merchandiser team. They follow up order for on time delivery. Our day-to-day communication with customers and suppliers gives us a profound understanding of what our customers need.
• Our skilled specialists monitor and guide sampling and production processes.

Design and sample Development

• Most customers provide detailed style sheets and “tech packs” which we follow for proto-typing, salesman samples, Pre-production sample and Production sample.
• However, through our own team of key-accouters, designers, garment technicians and QA experts we are in a position to offer as well design and product development services.
• Depending on the customer’s needs, this value added service can reach from basic design input for styles, prints or embroideries to the development of entire tailor-made collections.

Production Planning and Order Follow Up

• Very close monitoring of all steps in the production process is vital to ensure punctual shipments and avoid “unpleasant surprises” like expensive air-freights, short shipments or even cancellations.
• We have fine-tuned our production status & process reporting system which enables our experienced merchandising and QC staff to easily detect arising problems at a very early stage and initiate immediate actions.

Final inspection:

We have a inspection team. They arrange PP meeting, in-line & final Inspection. In the absence of the buyers, our inspection team is ensured the final inspection as per customer’s requirements (AQL). As usual We follow AQL Level 2.5 inspection method. If any requirement to inspection from customers then  we follow that method. The inspector note down inspection report and take photo remarkable place from the goods. The final inspection report is sent to the buyer for their reference.  Shipment is done after passed final inspection.

 Customers:  
Our main customer is Europe (Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, France and Russia). Also we worked with America, Canada, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil & Japan.  We are connecting with my previous customers after starting my own trading business, whatever their quantity, receives our individual attention.
